SHIPPING:  

Can I pick up my order in Store? 

Yes, you can.  Select ‘In Store Pick Up’ during checkout.  Typically, your order is ready within 24 business hours-Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive a notification. Self-park in the THesis garage, reserved parking spots located on the 4th floor.  Bring your parking ticket with you, we validate one hour with purchase. Questions? Call us @305.284.3244 

Where does my product ship from? 

Currently all products are shipped from the Hurricanes Team Store located in The Thesis Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida  

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We currently are unable to ship to PO Boxes and US Territories. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping charges are calculated based on real-time FedEx rates per order based upon weight, size, and the shippingoption selected. During checkout, the delivery cost and estimated timing will be calculated based on your address.  

How long will my delivery take? 

Transit time depends on your shipping selection.  We offer Standard, Express and Premium with FedEX as the carrier.   

STANDARD varies based on your location-transit time is typically 1-5 business days, with most of Florida delivering within 1 business day.  Express is typically 2-3 business days. Premium is typically 1 business day. 

When shipping Express or Premium, your order is prioritized in-house and will ship the same business day for all items in stock when your order is placed prior to 12pm EST. 

 

RETURN POLICY: 

We have a 30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear, and all labels attached.   
Note: Gift cards, Student Athlete and Personalized or Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Upon receiving your returned items, it generally takes up to 5 business days to process the refund. However, during busy periods, processing may take longer. 

How do I return the items? 

Please return items using your preferred carrier with a trackable shipping option. Be sure to obtain a tracking number to confirm proof of delivery for your package. We are not responsible for any parcels lost during transit.

If I received damaged/faulty product, How do I resolve? 

If the merchandise you received is of unsatisfactory quality, damaged, or defective, please contact us @ 305.284.3244 to file a damage claim and request a prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.  

Can I exchange an item? 

To exchange items, kindly return the unwanted item(s) and place a new online order.   

You are responsible for the shipping fees associated with your return or exchange. Please use your preferred carrier with a trackable shipping option and obtain a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery.  

Will my original price be honored?  

Yes, for the same style number we will honor the original purchase price when you reorder a different color or size.  For assistance with reapplying any discounts, feel free to contact us @ 305.284.3244. 

Can I cancel an item or my entire order? 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us immediately @ 305.284.3244.  We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery, so it may not be possible to change or cancel your order once it's confirmed. If your order has been shipped, we will provide you with information about how to return the item.
