Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. The Hurricanes Team Store Halloween Costume Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is subject to these Official Rules except as expressly stated otherwise. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Legends Global Merchandise, LLC, 7900 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46214 (“Legends” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of United States who are at least 13 years of age as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) (“Entrants”). Entrants who are under the age of majority in their state of residence (“Minors”) must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering. Entrants must have access to a smartphone or other device with internet access. Employees of Legends, The Hurricanes Team Store (“HTS”), the University of Miami Athletics Department, and each of their respective affiliates, Sweepstakes supervisors, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited. Information collected from Entrants will be used as outlined herein. By entering into the Sweepstakes, Entrants certify that they meet the foregoing requirements and are eligible for participation and acknowledge that they may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility in order to redeem the Prize. Please see the Privacy Policy (referenced below) for more information regarding how information is collected will be managed.

3. Administrator: Legends, 7900 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46214. Your information will be collected by Legends and shared in accordance with these Official Rules and Legends’ privacy policy, located at https://miamihts.com/pages/privacy-notice (“Privacy Policy”).

4. COVID-19 ADVISORY. This Sweepstakes may be cancelled in the event the COVID-19 virus or resulting challenges make it impossible to continue to administer the Sweepstakes.

5. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on October 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on November 1, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct one (1) prize Drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (“Prize Drawing”).

6. How to Enter the Sweepstakes. Instagram entries only: You must have an Instagram account. You may create an Instagram account by accessing Instagram at http://instagram.com and follow the instructions to create an account for free. Information you provide to Instagram to open an account is subject to Instagram’s privacy policy, located at http://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, each Entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes, and any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Once you have an Instagram account, to enter this Sweepstakes:

· Follow the Hurricanes Team Store Instagram account, located at https://www.instagram.com/miamihts (“Hurricanes Team Store Instagram Account”). Entrants must continue to follow the Hurricanes Team Store Instagram Account throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

· Post a photo of yourself wearing a Halloween costume on your Instagram account, tag the Hurricanes Team Store Instagram Account within the post, and use the hashtag #MiamiHTSCostumeSweeps.

A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT, REGARDLESS OF NUMBER OF PHOTOS POSTED OR NUMBER OF TIMES THE HURRICANES TEAM STORE IS TAGGED. Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Entrant’s Instagram account must be set to public for the entry to be eligible. The photo submitted (“Submission”) must be original to the Entrant, and the Entrant must own or have obtained all rights necessary to post the Submission, including the permission of each person depicted (and, for any person depicted who is a Minor, that person’s parent or legal guardian). Submissions must not contain any content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful, or that infringes any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any Submission that does not comply with these Official Rules. Submissions will not be judged, and winners will be selected at random as described in these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Selected Sweepstakes Entrant, the Selected Entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Instagram account was opened.

7. Odds: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize: There will be one (1) drawing on or about November 3, 2026. Two (2) winners will be randomly selected in the drawing (each a “Selected Entrant”). The prize (“Prize”) for each Selected Entrant consists of one (1) adidas replica University of Miami jersey featuring screen-printed graphics, with the player name and number made of vinyl, customized for the Selected Entrant. Each Selected Entrant may elect either a youth-size or an adult-size jersey. ARV of Prize: $100 for a youth-size jersey; $110 for an adult-size jersey. Total ARV of all Prizes: up to $220, depending on the jersey sizes selected. Each Selected Entrant will receive the Prize, at the Selected Entrant’s election (i) by mail to the valid mailing address (in the United States) provided by the Selected Entrant or (ii) via pick up at the HTS location, located at 1340 S. Dixie Hwy, Suite 120, Coral Gables, FL 33146. A Selected Entrant’s failure to provide a valid Instagram account, jersey size and customization selections, delivery method (and, if applicable, valid mailing address), to follow the required redemption instructions, and/or to otherwise redeem the Prize will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

9. Prize Condition: No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of Prize permitted, provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason, and no winner is entitled to any difference between the actual value and the retail value of any prize. Selected Entrant cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person or business. Selected Entrant is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. If Prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or if Selected Entrant may not accept or receive a prize for any reason, Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will not make multiple attempts to contact Selected Entrants.

10. Winner Selection and Notification of Selected Entrant: The Selected Entrants will be notified via one (1) Instagram direct message sent from the Hurricanes Team Store Instagram Account to the Instagram account used to enter. Selected Entrants will have seventy-two (72) hours from the time the direct message is sent to respond and claim their Prize. If Selected Entrant does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, the Prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected. Sponsor may randomly select an alternate Selected Entrant from among the remaining eligible entries, up to one (1) time for each Prize. Selected Entrants may also be sent a declaration of eligibility / liability / publicity release (“Release”); provided that any Selected Entrant who is a Minor will be required to complete the Release, and the Selected Entrant’s parent or legal guardian will be required to co-sign the Release, and the Prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian on the Minor’s behalf. Unless restricted by law, Selected Entrants (and, if applicable, their parent or legal guardian) will be required to complete and return the Release within five (5) days from the date of notification. An alternate Selected Entrant may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a Selected Entrant (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on the Release, including any required parent or legal guardian signature, and to return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason. Within ten (10) business days after the date on which the Sponsor receives the Selected Entrant’s information and eligibility is confirmed, which may include the completed, signed Release, the Prize will be (i) sent by mail to the mailing address provided (for Selected Entrants who elect delivery by mail) or (ii) made available for pick up at the HTS location identified in Section 8 (for Selected Entrants who elect pick up) and such Selected Entrants will be notified via Instagram direct message when the Prize is ready (exact timing subject to change based upon availability of Prize). Any Prize not picked up within thirty (30) days after such notification will be forfeited.

11. Publicity: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, any Entrant in the Sweepstakes, irrevocably grants the Sponsor and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such Entrant’s name, biographical information, likeness, and Submission in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Sweepstakes or other promotions, without further compensation, and hereby release the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto. If the Entrant is a Minor, the foregoing grant and release are made by the Minor’s parent or legal guardian on the Minor’s behalf, and the parent or legal guardian’s permission for the Minor to enter constitutes consent to such grant and release.

12. General Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, and except where prohibited, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Any portion of the Sweepstakes may be canceled, suspended, and/or modified, in whole or in part, if, in Sponsor’s opinion, any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it determines is tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or websites in connection therewith, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes and/or to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot, or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of Selected Entrant. CAUTION: any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to seek all available remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution, except where prohibited for any acts in violation of these Official Rules.

13. Limitations of Liability: If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the same Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Except where prohibited, Selected Entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, HTS, the University of Miami Athletics Department, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys’ fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) use, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any prize, (ii) participation in any activity, event, or excursion offered in connection with the prize, (iii) use of any facility, service and/or accommodation related to the prize, or (iv) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Releasees are not responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in your internet service, and for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged or stolen notifications. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winners from all eligible, non-suspect Submissions received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

14. Disputes: Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of Florida. Decisions of Sponsor are binding and final. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account will be deemed to be the Entrant. No claimant in any dispute involving Sponsor, HTS, and the University of Miami Athletics Department, or the Sweepstakes shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15. Sweepstakes Results: For Sweepstakes results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send an email to abehrens@legends.net. Please specify the name of the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes results will be available for ninety (90) days from the date on which the Prizes are awarded.
